Abstract
ABSTRACT The objective of the study is to evaluate the influence of land ownership on health care expenditure among rural Bangladeshi women. A simple random sampling (SRS) technique was used to gather data from participants in the Tangail District. The propensity score matching (PSM) outcomes revealed that women’s land ownership did not have any significant impact on their health care expenses. To create change, it is necessary to introduce legislation ensuring equal inheritance rights for both genders and to implement a comprehensive action plan for gender transformation.
