Aspectos relevantes del cumplimiento de la ley en el Perú

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to reflect on the problems of our national reality to highlight the relevance of compliance and application of the law in a constitutional and democratic State like ours, important for the respect of the rights of citizens, where no person or entity are above it. Compliance with the Political Constitution and the laws is a fundamental element to guarantee national security, and therefore the actions of citizens and authorities become important.
