Her specialized areas of teaching, research, and consulting include needs assessment, evaluation, strategic planning, and learning theories. She has published articles in journals such as Performance Improvement, Performance Improvement Quarterly, Human Resource Development Quarterly, Educational Technology, Quarterly Review of Distance Education, International Public Management Review, and International Journal for Educational Reform, among others. Ingrid received her PhD and MA in Instructional Systems and her bachelor's in Psychology from the Florida State University.
