Abstract

During the district administration of Dr. Peñalosa, there was a strong debate over the appreciation of intervening the Thomas Van Der Hammen reservation, which generated many opinions, for and against the intervention. of this reserve, this following article analyzes the normative articulation that has surrounded the TVDH Reserve and the Bogotá River, demonstrates the importance of a solid normativity, for the management of environmental water resources, which must apply not only for the case analyzed, but in Colombia, where each particular case and the articulation of ecosystems must be reviewed before disjointed development, based on the economic axis.
