Abstract

Persons suffering from mental illness and artistic skills beyond just intuition and feelings, but also the expression of intelligence. The different branches of art develops different types of intelligence: musical, spatial, motion, or other communication, in addition to artistic activities developed understanding (analysis, comparison, generalization, evaluation), critical thinking, problem solving and other mental abilities, enhanced emotional experience and raise expression of feelings of culture, promote individuality and personal self-unfolding, the importance of arts education in particular of increasing the development of an intelligent, competent and creative knowledge-based society, which relates to the continued existence of signs and information systems of perception, interpretation and creative decision-making went. It is particularly useful for self and other cognitive skills and self-control, adaptability and respect for other (often different) ways of thinking, working and living, wide expression patterns(as well as artistic and aesthetic) spectrum.
