Abstract

There has been some shifts about needs of the customer through the devevlopments of technology. Companies which try to adopt to those changes and find rapid and valid solutions for their costumers initiate call centers for the purpose of costumer satisfaction. Because this service has been used in the sectors of banking, media and telecommunication it has been a popular service in both domestic and global manner. In this article it is examined the impact of the issues such as working conditionss in call center, noise health problems, shifts system, workload on workers.
