After class, the teaching effects of the two groups were analyzed by questionnaire survey and theory examination method. Results The scores and learning indexes of the students in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.01). Conclusions The case-based learning (CBL) with different cases combined with interactive teaching method were useful for regional anatomy studying, it favors the interaction between teachers and students and the practical ability of the students, and it helps to enhance the quality of the students.
