Abstract
Methods of coating metal parts are considered, advantages and disadvantages are compared. Great importance is given to the Molykote Metalform technological coating based on synthetic wax. Due to the low coefficient of friction, it is widely used as a non-polluting lubricant in the pulp and paper industry, for the lubrication of selftapping screws, cutting blades and guides.
