Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of optimization quality management in dental disinfection supply center. Methods After the pretreatment, the oral cavity medical instruments were collected in the disinfection supply center. The medical instruments were classified, cleaned and disinfected, maintained, packed, and sterilized, to strengthen the cleaning quality of medical instruments and the wet bag management effort after sterilization. Results The qualified rate of cleaning significantly improved after quality management (90.63% vs.84.00%, P=0.000 2); the occurrence of wet bag of sterile items significantly reduced (3.13% vs.5.56%; P=0.000 7). Conclusion Optimization quality management can improve the quality of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of dental equipment.
