Abstract
Objective To investigate the pulmonary function impacting by the exercise training combined with health education among pneumoconiosis patients. Methods A total of 82 pneumoconiosis patients were randomly divided into exercise group and control group on average. Both of groups underwent routine treatment and nursing. The exercise group added health education combined with training intervention. The control group was given routine education, then compared with the change of health knowledge level and lung functional in both of groups. Results After the intervention for 3 months, the awareness rate of health knowledge in patients of the control group and the exercise group were respectively 71.02% and 90.23% (χ2=11.50, P 0.05). Conclusions Health education combined with exercise training can improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and health behavior formation rate of pneumoconiosis patients, make lung function better and efficiently increase of exercise endurance.
