Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of health education combined with tracking supervision in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Sixty cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was only performed by physician medication guide,the observation group was given personalized health education and tracking supervision on the basis of the control group.The awareness rate of health knowledge,compliance the medical behavior,treatment,nursing satisfaction and psychological behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge,compliance rate of medication,timely review rate,effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction degrees of health education,curative effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).the scores of SDS,SAS in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Health education combined with tracking supervision is beneficial to improve compliance and the treatment effect in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
