Abstract

A software and hardware complex is developed for monitoring the parameters of metal products, the operation of which is based on scanning of non-ferromagnetic materials using eddy currents. The methods of constructing this device are described. Experimental results are presented that confirm the possibility of using the developed measuring system for studying thin metal films.
