Abstract
目的 探讨彩色多普勒显像诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的临床应用价值.方法对53例临床诊断为小儿急性阑尾炎的住院病例行彩色多普勒超声检查,其中41例诊断为小儿急性阑尾炎.全部病例均实施手术治疗.术后标本常规送病理检查.结果彩色多普勒显像对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断正确率为92.7%,临床诊断正确率为67.9%,两者间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论彩色多普勒超声检查对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断准确率高,费用低,值得推广。
