Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of teaching mode with responsibility system on student nurses’ nursing techniques .Methods Final scores of nursing techniques of student nurses from college , junior college and technical secondary school before and after teaching mode with responsibility system were analyzed and compared .Results Before implementation of teaching mode with responsibility system , the score of clinical nursing techniques was respectively (89.68 ±4.31), (88.68 ±4.56) and (86.65 ±4.04) for students from college, junior college and technical secondary school , while after teaching mode with responsibility system , the score was (85.92 ±5.47), (82.85 ±6.05) and (83.20 ±8.05) respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-5.742, -6.862, -2.795, respectively;P <0.01).Conclusions Teaching mode with responsibility system is conducive to improve the performance of student nurses ’ clinical nursing techniques .
