Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of behavioral training intervention in patients treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Sixty patients treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study group, and 60 patients during the same period were selected as the control group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given behavioral training intervention on the basis of the control group. The number of bladder spasms, the time of onset, and the degree of spasm were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of bladder spasms was 16.67% in the study group, the duration was (38.62±17.35)s, the frequency of onset was (2.8±1.2) times / day; the incidence of bladder spasms in the control group was 33.33%, the duration was (108.47±46.58)s, the frequency of onset was (6.2±1.5) times / day; the incidence and duration of bladder spasms, the frequency of onset in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The behavioral training intervention in patients treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia can effectively relieve the symptoms of spasm, reduce the frequency of onset, reduce the pain caused by spasm, reduce the incidence and the degree of bladder spasms, promote rapid recovery of patients, with high application value, worthy of clinical promotion. Key words: Transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia; Transurethral resection of bladder tumor; Behavioral training intervention; Pelvic floor muscle training; Bladder spasm
