Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of pelvic floor muscle training combined with psychological intervention in the patients with the cystospasm after transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods From March 2015 to January 2017, 76 patients with bladder tumor in the hospital who received transurethral resection were divided into control group (38 cases) and experimental group (38 cases), the control group was nursed with conventional intervention and the experimental group was nursed with pelvic floor muscle training combined with psychological intervention on the basis of conventional intervention. The occurrence of bladder spasm, pain conditions and coping style were compared between the two groups. Results One day, 1-2 days and 2-3 days after operation, the experimental group were better than the control group in the aspect of the occurrence of bladder spasm and duration of bladder spasm with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Six hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after operation, the pain degree score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). As well as the coping style score in the experimental group was better than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle training combined with psychological intervention in the patients after transurethral resection of bladder tumor contributes to prevent bladder spasm, relieve spastic pain in the bladder, and improves the patients' coping style, which is worth spreading.
