Abstract
目的 分析品管圈活动用于门诊药房用药安全强化管理中的效果。 方法 以浙江省荣军医院8名门诊药房工作人员为观察对象，开展为期1年(2017年1－12月)的品管圈活动，对比活动前后药品差错事件发生率以及品管圈活动的无形效果。 结果 品管圈活动前，药品差错事件发生率为15.00%，品管圈活动后，药品差错事件发生率为5.00%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.667，P<0.05)。品管圈活动后，品管圈活动掌握程度[(9.01±0.26)分]、解决问题过程[(8.98±1.01)分]、团队精神[(8.25±1.12)分]、沟通协调[(8.36±1.13)分]、活动信心[(8.52±1.01)分]、荣誉感[(8.23±1.11)分]、责任感[(8.64±1.12)分]，均高于活动前的[(6.20±1.13)分、(5.58±2.26)分、(5.41±1.10)分、(5.25±1.06)分、(5.46±1.13)分、(5.31±1.58)分、(5.92±1.16)分](t=6.854、3.885、5.117、5.677、5.711、4.277、4.771，均P<0.01)。 结论 在门诊药房用药安全强化管理中实施品管圈活动具有较好的效果。
