Abstract

Marketing Strategy is a comprehensive, integrated plan in the field of marketing and marketing targets in achieving company goals through a marketing mix that includes product, price, place and promotion strategies. Komi Dekor is a Minimalist Curtain Company that is used for Beauty and Home Beauty. However, Komi Dekor gives a different impression to Curtain products which are more memorable following the latest trends, elegant, fashionable, and of course very luxurious. The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy is carried out by Komi Dekor in an effort to increase sales of Curtain products, what strategy plays the most important role in the marketing mix used by Komi Dekor in increasing sales of Curtain products. The benefits of academic research are as material for development in the field of knowledge and insight for researchers about the application of theories regarding Komi Dekor's marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales, and as material to contribute to Komi Dekor in viewing marketing strategies. The nature of this research is descriptive data obtained through descriptive research methods, data obtained through Interview, Observation, Documentation, and data analysis methods obtained qualitatively concluded by inductive thinking. The findings from the data analysis that the researchers obtained are that the marketing strategy applied by Komi Decor uses a Marketing strategy which includes Product Strategy, namely with an elegant design, has the characteristic of using various types of motifs. The Price Strategy is an affordable price that can be bought by all the upper and middle class. Place strategy is a place that is easily accessible.
