Este artículo considera aspectos esenciales acerca de la aplicabilidad de la inteligencia artificial y la tecnología blockchain en los contratos contemporáneos, a partir de las posibilidades del sistema jurídico para recibir estos desarrollos informáticos, y de la definición de sus principales problemas, evidenciando a la vez su implementación práctica y perspectivas.
