Abstract

Venous thromboembolic complications most often occur in cancer patients, which is a big problem for the doctor in each specific case and for the health care system in general.
 The article highlights the peculiarities of diagnosis, establishing the stage of the tumor process and risk factors for the occurrence of pulmonary embolism. Considerable attention is paid to the peculiarities of the selection of drugs and their dosage for the treatment of the specified cohort of patients.
