Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect on treatment of middle clavicular splintered fractures by using the Anterior reconstruction plate internal fixation. Methods To observe the curative effect of 42 cases of middle clavicular splintered fractures post-operation of Anterior reconstruction plate internal fixation.Results Followed up 3 to 21 Months, all 42 cases gets fracture of union, average time is 2.5 month. 95.3% ca-ses' Fuction is fine. Conclusion Anterior reconstruction plate internal fixation is an effective treatment to mid-dle clavicular splintered fractures.
