Abstract

The change of the development situation of market makes the competition among enterprises gradually turn to talents, technology, culture and other aspects, talent and technology has become an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this context, the role of human resource management is becoming more and more important, which needs to improve and innovate the traditional human resource management mode in time, so as to improve the management level and management efficiency.
