Abstract

The article considers the cyclical development of the real estate market. The real estate market in the Kyrgyz Republic was analyzed during the Russian default of 1998, the recession of 2002, the revolutions of 2005, 2010, the global crisis of 2008-2009, the shocks of 2011-2015, -Covid-19; price indicators of building materials, etc., which had a significant impact. Statistical data are given that testify to the establishment of macroeconomic instability in the economic development of the country in the analyzed periods.
