Abstract
Objective To explore the choice of uterine scar subsequent pregnancy trial of vaginal delivery after cesarean section. Methods The data coming from 115 pregnant with uterine scar subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed, and analyzed the relevant of successful trial delivery and the outcomes of mothers and fetuses. Results (1)Among the 115 cases,87 cases of successful vaginal delivery, success rate was 75.65%;(2)The rate of successful trial in inter- delivery time between 2 and 5 years was higher than the group between> 7 and 9 years, which had statistically significant difference(χ2= 8.223,P< 0.05); (3)The rate of successful trial of delivery in pregnant women with vaginal delivery was significantly higher than those without, which had statistically significant difference(100.00% vs 70.21%,χ2= 8.269,P<0.05);(4)The 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage and the average hospitalization days in the successful trial group was significantly less than the failure group, has statistically difference(t=- 4.672,P< 0.05). Conclusion Uterine scar subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section is not absolute indications for cesarean section, vaginal trial production is an alternative measure, which can reduce the rate of cesarean section again, reduce the occurrence of the complications of maternal and infants, improve the quality of obstetric, promote the further development of perinatal medicine.
