Abstract

Physical exercise plays a significant role in the improvement of physical function and the enhancement of psychological resistance to stress, so the current teaching at all stages takes physical education and health courses as the key content. To sum up the current physical education work, different school stages will choose different teaching items. For example, the current university school stage will choose Baduanjin in Health Qigong as the teaching content of physical education courses. Through the collection and research of relevant materials, it is found that Health Qigong has a significant effect on improving the physiological indicators of college students, and it also has significant value in enhancing students' physical fitness. Therefore, it is necessary and important to popularize Health Qigong in the physical education of college students. This article analyzes in detail the influence of Health Qigong on some physiological indicators and physical fitness of college students, aiming to guide the current stage of college students' physical education
