Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized diet nursing combined with health education on self-care ability of patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods 130 patients with chronic gastric ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to April 2019 were randomly selected, and divided into two groups according to different nursing interventions, 65 patients in each group. The control group received health education, and the study group received personalized diet nursing on the basis. The self-care ability and psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of each item of the self-care ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The SDS [(40.16±4.30)] and SAS [(40.10±4.25)] scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized diet nursing combined with health education can not only improve the self-care ability of patients with chronic gastric ulcer, improve their mental state.
