Abstract
1. The gas Chromatographic method of identification with linear programing of the temperature (GCPT) with the aid of the equivalent isothermal index\(I_{T_0 /\beta } \) is convenient for determining the components of complex mixtures of natural products. 2. The equivalent isothermal index was successfully used in GCPT for the identification of a number of monocarbonyl compounds in the volatile components of filet of salmon, granular sturgeon, and salmon roe.
