Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze system quality, information quality, and service quality on SIMKAH Web user satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The method used is using a questionnaire with 77 respondents consisting of people who register through SIMKAH Web and KUA employees who operate SIMKAH Web at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Kembangan District, West Jakarta. Questionnaire with Likert interval scale and data processing using SPSS 25 software program. Data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of independent variables, namely system quality, information quality, and service quality on the dependent variable, namely user satisfaction. The results showed that (1) system quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction, (2) information quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction, and (3) service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction.
