Abstract

Objective To explain the analysis of patients with spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage clinical characteristics and CT inspection points. Methods Choosing 40 patients with cerebellar hemorrhage from August 2006 to August 2009 in our hospital were treated, a comprehensive analysis of its clinical features, pathogenesis, bleeding sites, CT manifestations, treatment and prognosis. Results The main reason for the disease-based blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, the clinical more common for vomiting, dizziness, headache, ataxia, speech impairment and other symptoms. Prognosis should be based on the amount of bleeding, bleeding site, the fourth chamber have broken into the hematoma, intraventricular pressure, brainstem involvement of solution treatment. Conclusion Spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage as long as the early diagnosis, analysis of the amount of bleeding and bleeding site, accurate selection of treatment programs, and timely treatment prognosis well.
