Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety is a condition in a healthy and safe job both for the job, the company as well as for the community and the environment around the factory or workplace. Work accidents are unwanted or expected events, unexpected, unintentionally occurring in an employment relationship, which are generally caused by various factors. This study aims to analyze the Occupational Health and Safety Program on the performance of employees of CV. MAIN CHILDHOOD. The research was conducted using descriptive analysis method. This method is carried out by explaining how Occupational Safety and Health Affects Employee Work Comfort in CV. PRAWIRA UTAMA is data collection through direct interviews with the leadership of CV.
