Abstract
Work accidents are unwanted or expected events, unexpected, unintentionally occurring in an employment relationship, which are generally caused by various factors. This study aims to analyze the occupational safety and health program on the performance of employees of PT.Mual Tio Maju Bersama. The research was conducted using descriptive analysis method. This method is carried out by explaining how Occupational Safety and Health Affects Employee Work Comfort at PT. Mual Tio Maju Bersama, namely collecting data through direct interviews with the leadership of PT. Mual Tio Maju Bersama. The results of the study were concluded. That Occupational Safety and Health is Very Affected by Employee Performance carried out at PT. Mual Tio Maju Bersama.
