Abstract
In this paper we present work on design and analysis of MAC unit using CMOS, CPL and DPL Logics. MAC unit is used especially in Digital Signal Processing applications. The speed, area and power of MAC unit is analysed using TANNER Tools for 250nm Technology. It is seen that logic has power, delay and area.
