Abstract

The use of the sustainable development concept in current circumstances is one of priority lines of today’s company progress. Within the frames of the present research the author analyzed probable challenges of this concept use. Apart from that, the article pointed out that sustainable development of company management in crisis requires executives’ flexibility, professionalism, ability to make difficult decisions and orientation to the result. At the same time, providing company sustainability in crisis is liable to the impact from external and internal factors and depends on functional trends of its work. Strategic vision of situation development both on market and inside the company can give an opportunity to see prospects of the company sustainable development, identify key goals and priorities and realize consequences of current decision-making for shaping sustainability of the company.
