Abstract

In recent years, the college system, as a student management system combining quality education and professional education, has gradually become popular in domestic universities. In the face of employment challenges, it is very important to carry out career planning and employment guidance education for college students under the ' academy system ' mode guided by high-quality talents. This paper focuses on the role of introducing student backbones in career planning and employment guidance under the ' college system ' mode. Taking Boya College of Ningxia University as an example, this paper studies the effectiveness, problems and countermeasures of establishing career committee members, and provides new ideas for college students ' career planning and employment guidance.
