Corporate culture management reforms in Japan, the United States, Europe, China, and other countries are influenced by their unique cultural heritage and changes. The reform of corporate culture management in various countries and regions in the world today has the following common characteristics: First, they have moved beyond emotional management and entered a stage of rational system management, gradually improving over time. Second, corporate culture management has been elevated to the highest level of corporate management, making it central to business activities. From the perspective that can be seen at present, in the global scope, corporate culture management in various countries and regions shows three development trends: firstly, the increasingly strong modern market concept; The second is to introduce values assessment and deeply embed it into corporate culture; And third, the introduction of artificial intelligence into modern corporate culture management.
