Abstract
The article analyzes the quality and safety risk factors in the supply chain of instant frozen dumplings, and determines the weight of each factor by using AHP. Empirical research on quality and safety of supply chain was carried out using a Chinese frozen dumplings enterprise as an example. On the study, some recommendations have been proposed to enhance the quality and safety in the supply chain of instant frozen dumplings
