Abstract
Intended to find out labor regulations, where labor is the main capital and the implementation of Pancasila community development. The most important goal of community development is people's welfare including labor. because as an executor of development must guarantee their rights, set obligations and develop usefulness. Labor is a major factor in a company, where the workers / laborers are the backbone of the driving wheel of the company and it is appropriate for workers to get a decent reward. The results showed that there are several legal regulations in the protection of contract workers for a certain period of time, the implementation of legal protection is inseparable from Law number 13 of 2003 concerning employment. Protection efforts undertaken by PT. IDROS SERVICES BATAM for legal protection for contract workers is the protection of the right to wages, social security rights, and the right to worker security. The government needs to conduct a review of the Government's Supervision regulations in this case the Office of Manpower and Transmigration needs to be improved in terms of quality and quantity, so that violations against workers in certain time work agreements can be reduced.
