Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of income level, motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Human resources are an important asset for the company, where productive employees play a key role in achieving the company's goals. However, in recent years, employee productivity at PTPN III Medan has declined, as evidenced by production levels not meeting the company's targets. Questionnaires were distributed to all employees of PTPN III Medan as respondents, and samples were taken randomly. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to see the effect of each independent variable (income level, motivation, and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee productivity). The results of the study show that income level, motivation, and work discipline significantly affect employee productivity. Appropriate income levels, high work motivation, and good work discipline have been proven to increase employee productivity. Based on these results, the company is advised to improve employee welfare, provide motivational training, and enforce work discipline to increase productivity.
