ANALISIS PROSES PEMBERIAN KREDIT PENSIUN PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA BARAT DAN BANTEN (PERSERO) TBK. KANTOR CABANG DEPOK

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mechanism of granting pension credit, find out what the conditions and the calculation of the ceiling and interest to be paid by customers of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten (Persero) Tbk Depok Branch Office. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research obtained information pension credit is a credit product intended for retirees whose pension salaries are paid by the pension fund institution PT. TASPEN or ASABRI through BJB Bank, information about the document requirements that must be met by retirees when applying for credit, information on credit granting mechanisms, as well as existing obstacles and their solutions.
