Abstract
This study aims to examine and explain the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and career development on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Badung Branch. The subjects of this study were employees of the customer service executor at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Badung Branch. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 43 respondents. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence, organizational commitment, and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Badung Branch.
