Abstract

This research is used to determine the factors that influence inclusive economic growth on the island of Sumatra. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis using panel data with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method with time series data from 2012 to 2021 and cross-section data for ten provinces on Sumatra Island. The analysis results explain that the Labor Force Participation Rate does not affect the Inclusive Economic Development Index. Meanwhile, the average length of schooling, the poor population, and the Open Unemployment Rate significantly impact the Inclusive Economic Development Index.
