Abstract
abstract Historian Professor Iris Berger sits down with co-editors Lucy Emma Kernick and Laura Richardson to discuss her life and research into the labour history of women in South Africa which culminated in her book Threads of Solidarity, published in 1992. The interview forms part of a larger effort to capture the voices of feminist scholars who shaped South African thought and academic scholarship between 1975 and 1995.
