Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as an innovation equipped for interfacing heterogeneous objects, like individuals, gadgets, and foundation, and simplifying our day-to-day routines, more secure, and productive. Therefore, IOT directly impacts the security and privacy of its all-interconnected nodes as reported in the state-of-the-art literature. Consequently, privacy and security are becoming substantial challenges of the IoT. This study aims to identify and analyze numerous security and privacy challenges faced by the IoT-based environment. Jamming, spoofing, data tempering, and fake nodes are among the crucial challenges encountered by IoT environments.
