Abstract
En los últimos años la recepción, por parte de los jueces y del propio legislador nacional, de la interpretación del Derecho de la Unión llevada a cabo por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión ha experimentado un enorme impulso. Las estadísticas del Tribunal de Justicia corroboran que la utilización del mecanismo prejudicial por parte de las jurisdicciones españolas ha aumentado considerablemente.
