Abstract

Objective - the aim of the study was to conduct research on the definition of alcoholic priorities in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Materials and methods. A statistical study was conducted on alcohol priorities based on the anamnesis of life of 784 patients with confirmed chronic non-atrophic gastritis using a comprehensive examination that included pH-metry, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, double testing for helico-bacterial infection, and examination of biopsy material from 4 topographic zones of the stomach ).Results. It was found out that 98.1% of the respondents preferred "strong" alcoholic drinks (cognac, vodka, whiskey, moonshine), because they experienced discomfort when using of wine and beer.Conclusions. 1. Priority use of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of "strong" drinks is due to the absence in them, in contrast to wine and beer, of food urea, which does not lead to excessive formation of residual ammonia in the stomach cavity and the formation of an intoxication of the organism. 2. From "strong" drinks, cognac is preferred, tannins of which detain vitamin C in the body.
