The paper first examines how electronic health records help build communication among stakeholders. Then, it studies how remote healthcare services technologies change the delivery of services. Finally, it scrutinizes how patient experiences are transformed by adopting technological components. Through a survey of residents, Alaskans’ acceptance and suggestions for improving healthcare services are displayed.
