Abstract
The National Agricultural Support Center manages the property belonging to the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury. A special component of this Resource are agricultural production centers, which constitute property and which can be developed by putting them into subsidiary possession on the basis of a lease agreement. Management of centers has special features due to the specificity of centers as well as management goals. These features affect the land ownership, delineating its specificity.
