Abstract

The study explores the impact of Agile HR on a digital and fast-paced business management environment. The paper tries to reveal how Agile and new technologies transpire in different functional areas of HR and aid in making rapid and effective HR decisions. The primary data for this study was gathered through a structured interview process. There were 100 data samples collected for this study from the HR managers in the IT sector of India. The focus of this study is on the Indian context, but it is highly inspired by the global dimension of Agile in HR. Appropriate findings were made after a comprehensive analysis of the literature and systematic interviews with HR managers in the IT Sector. The transformation from traditional to Agile HR affects the organization’s structures and system. The most critical parts of Agile HR were identified as an agile attitude, client prioritizing, and employees. HR is taught to make rapid and effective decisions by adopting an agile mindset. This paper also proposes a model that helps HR Managers adopt Agile in their organization.
