Abstract

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a kind of autoimmune disease with dysfunction of neuro-muscular junction, but the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis has not been precisely explained .Some studies showed that myasthenia gravis was the result of many factors working together , and the genetic factors play important roles . Single nucleotide polymorphism ( SNP ) is the most common human genome polymor-phism , which accounts more than 9 0 percent of all the polymorphisms .Nowadays researchers have found a large number of SNPs which are closely related with myasthenia gravis .In this review , we would like to delineate the correlation between myasthenia gravis and risky single nucleotide polymorphism that were re -ported in recent years . Key words: Myasthenia gravis; Single nucleotide polymorphism
