Abstract
The storm water causes the flood in urban area, and it could be treated as a special water resource in storm water management which could be divided into three development phases. The urban storm water management systems are analysed in this paper. The methods estimating the benefit of storm water management including benefit identification, index system and estimate method are introduced.
